Chris
Salans, chef-owner of The Mozaic Group,
is recognized as one of the outstanding chefs in
south east Asia.
The
Mozaic Group consists of: Mozaic Restaurant, the
Mozaic Lounge, The Workshop – a culinary school
by Chris Salans and Mozaic Exclusive Catering.
The Workshop and the French Culinary School In
Asia have agreed exchange programs to shorten
the distance between Bali and Kuala Lumpur. For
the past 3 years, Chef Chris Salans visit Kuala
Lumpur to run Master classes and special dinner
with us.
Our trainers are visiting his school in Bali to
conduct professional programs on a regular
basis. |
